We cannot know all things in all instances, although more reading and thinking are doing us better off in making firms, structures, contracts, relations and being within and without companies. But education is doing something with us, and we are getting stronger and better, but at the same time there are many things we do not know, and hence we are both better off and worser off by taking a education, and the research in putting many things with doubts into skeptical minds and normal minds.
What is the real meaning of education? Education is both the act of teaching knowledge to others and the act of receiving knowledge from someone else. Education also refers to the knowledge received through schooling or instruction and to the institution of teaching as a whole.
So, when we are coming at different jobs, also in sales and in marketing, we often have an education that means that we can do something. And the education is both making us stronger within some areas, and at the same time we are feeling being badly, in relation to more uncertainty and anxiety in the body, because we know that being at work is about getting the required results, and sometimes do things better than ever before. So, the more we know, the less we know, and therefore education in the longest duration is making much uncertainty and axiety about the jobs, since we are not knowing much for sure, the only thing that is sure in life is that we should die. And therefore, we should use the education in clever ways, and making better solutions than without the education that we have. And we are learning at different levels in schools, colleges, business schools and in universities, and many things we are not sure about, and therefore there is beliefs and doubts about what is going on. And too much chatting of the same manners, does not solve anything of the challenges. And therefore, we should use the human resource in ourselves to make better private lives, better organizations and better societies.
We should care too much about the solutions and the organizations, if we have the best backgrounds from the schools, and we are just using the world ranking with knowing where we should work and why. And sales are about making good dialogues with potential customers and real customers, just to be friendly, and find what to do. So, we should find the solutions ourselves in the life, and nobody has the right to move into our private homes. And that is in accordance with human rights, and what we have learnt from different cities in the world, as for instance Paris, Strasbourg, Brüssels, New York, London and Tokyo.
Etymologically, the word "education" is derived from the Latin word ēducātiō ("A breeding, a bringing up, a rearing") from ēducō ("I educate, I train") which is related to the homonym ēdūcō ("I lead forth, I take out; I raise up, I erect") from ē- ("from, out of") and dūcō ("I lead, I conduct"). So, education is making us able and capable of doing things, so we can manage our daily lives and our challenges even better and with some answers.
In schools, we are getting general knowledges and specializations after a while. And that means that we know a lot on the surface in different courses, and the research and the narrow learning, are making of capable of using some theories, some methods and some data within any specialization. So, education is doing something with us, since we know more than before, and since we are not always certain about all the antecedents, all the processes and all the outcomes. But we need to know something in life, and sciences come from the Latin word «scire» meaning to know nature. And education is about knowing, and we are using the research to weaken our knowledges, to establish our knowledges or extended our knowledges even better and stronger. And learning is about using the dialogues face to face and by being at different places, and by reading different things that are possible to read.
