You know, the punishment as the problem, is that no person or no organization needs to be engaged with courts and trials. And this is how people want to live and to work; and to avoid the courts and being hurt with too many rules and norms, and we cannot practice some stupid decisions, if the people do not agree within them! The masses are thinking, and the masses have the philosophy that we are should be engaged with.
So, how should we be as humans taking care of the earth? Well, we cannot be such that we are responsible for all the wars that we are perceiving different places, and intelligent persons need peace and harmony and stability, and therefore there should not be any wars other than the wars that we are dwelling with usually!
You know, everybody hurts, and nobody can take the freedom from anyone, and there is no way of acting without the United Nations and the Human Rights organizations, and you know, nobody has the right to monitor anyone, and nobody should bother any individual, and this is how the human rights are, you should be yourself alone and when being many people we are doing the functions that are expected. And you know, every human body is just to perceive and to be perceived, and these things are the things that everybody is within in his or her life.
So, the legal philosophy, that is the ways that we understand the laws, the rules and the norms, and why these are as they are in different countries. And some laws are the same in all countries, some laws and legal just for some countries, and other laws, rules and norms are just as they are because the other countries have different rules from the country you are within and facing just now, and therefore you find for instance Danish law in Denmark. And we should not have disturbances in our lives without philosophy, and you should love yourself and the people next to you, and we are free to do what we are doing just in relation to what marketing, salges, strategy, information and economics all are about. And the laws and the rules should be just like the theories for justice, and we cannot blame anybody for anything. So, we should be ourselves in life, and if other organizations are there, they are welcome if they are just giving you and my good feeling and good thoughts in ourselves.
So, what is the philosophy and the social affairs in countries with laws, rules and norms? Well, we should be ourselves, and we should live the life just as we perceive it, and just how we are perceived. And although we are best in schools, we deserve nomal and good lives, and we should act in legally ways when there are reasons to think in so ways, so not all things in societies are free and up to yourself, since we must follow what is going on. So, the social affairs are all the statements, all the dialogues and all the conversations linked to how rules are, and why they are as they are, and we should have national competitive and international competitive laws, and we cannot run aways from rules and standards and norms, if they are placed within our arms, as we in addition get much in the life. And the police breaks barriers and boundaries, and something is legal and maybe sensible, and something is illegal and stupid, so there are laws and norms to find how to operate and adapt oneself into a society and into a nation with state budget, and the state budget is choices, and what we are doing since we cannot do all things, that is mainly restricted to what the government and the parliament understand the situations.
So, the punishment as the problem is why the rules and the norms are as they are. So, we have punishment in such ways that people and organizations should not do wrong things, and also to prevent someone or somebody to do something that is doubtful and not in accordance with what we know from the standards of all the laws and all the books being used to learn about what the states different places really are about, and we should follow the laws and norms where we are from time to time.
