The history of music artists; The case of Marvin Gaye!

We should work in organizations where there is a need for our competence, our qualifications and our results, and we should work to make the pleasure, the utility and the inspiration of everyone. And music is about being dreaming, wishing, and optimistic about this life, and what we are doing. And we should just listen to the people being around us from time to time, and people being unemployed should work to be employed, and in such cases we are using scarcity in resources and in time in the right ways.

Marvin Gaye was an American singer, composer, musician, music organizer and music producer. His musikal genres were pop, soul and R&B, and heg ot international admiration and respect during the 1960s and the 1970s, due to be a musician on the Motown-company. Marvin Gaye was born on 2 April 1939 in Howard University Hospital in Washington D.C. in the United States, and he died on 1 April 1984 in West Adams in Los Angeles in California in the United States. He was married twice, with Anna Gordy Gaye from 1963 to 1977, and with Jan Gaye from 1977 to 1981. His parents were Marvin Gay sr. and Alberta Gay. That life came to a tragic end on April 1, 1984, when Marvin Gaye was shot and killed by his own father one day short of his 45th birthday.

And we should use ourselves, our knowledges, our education and our research background in life, and we should throw away persons we do not need to get the life in sensible and positive ways. And public organizations are often slow with getting the decisions and the solutions in life when you need them immediately, and earlier professor Max Weber wrote about that. Social and Economic Organization, that is the ways that households and firms are mastering their challenges in life. Weber was especially known for making analysis on public organizations, and Weber's analysis of bureaucracy emphasized that modern state institutions are increasingly based on the latter rational-legal authority. Hence, state institutions are just rational and we are using logic reasoning, and there is also the point to follow the norms, rules and laws where one is from time to time.

Marvin Gaye managed, in all the kinds of marketing management, to achieve some international prizes that were admired, and they still are. He won some Grammy Awards, NAACP Image Awards, American Music Award and Rhythm and Blues Foundation Pioneer Award for Legacy Tribute. Accordingly, he won several prizes when he was alive, and Marvin Gaye should be respected for that in his life, although he died too early!
