The photo was taken in Myanmar. The location is Inle Lake. People have built their houses on stilts. The gardens are floating. The Intha farmers grow both flowers, tomatoes, fruits etc. on long wooden trellises supported on floating mats. Very impressive to move around in a boat myself to look at those gardens.
