This photo was taken at the Iguazu waterfall in Brazil. This waterfall was added to UNESCO's World Heritage List in 1984. Brazil and Argentina share the falls, but the largest part is on the Argentine side of the border. As you can see from the amount of people, this is one of the top attractions in Argentina and Brazil.
