You know, the death has been mystical through many years. But what we know today, is that we cannot get a die person back to life, when we are died. So, we are silent when being in the grave, but why if there are changes in the grave an not normal activities?
So, life is life, and we are living the life when the heart is going, and when we can use our brains with the brain waves to many normal situations, and we can also be creative and doing the same things in new manner, or just doing things that we have not done before. So, that is innovation and creativity, and we need both analysis and creativity when doing things in life.
So, what happens to us when we are died? When we die we leave everything on earth. We don't take anything with us. Even the richest people cannot take their money with them after death. This proverb reminds us that some material things are not really so valuable as we think. We can do what we want when we are living, and if the discharge is larger than the intake, we will lose weight, and we can do many training attempts that do not just affect the duration of life, but also the quality of life. And you need a strong will and ability, if you should lose some weight during the training, since researchers at Harvard are telling us that it is extremely difficult to lose weight in life, if you are living the life in normal ways and in such ways that you are used to, but the training makes you doing adaptations in better ways, and your weight is not dependent on surgery, pills and what you are doing to different times of normal activities, but you can eat often and more times than before, and that nutrition habit is good in life, and we also can drink much water. You know, living life is just like an experiment you are testing on yourself, when finding causes, processes and outcomes behind doing different things. And if we work hard, the weight can go down, but it is always easier to get up in weight than reducing the weight, and therefore we need a plan about what to do and why.
How long can a person be dead and coming back to life? It is hard to say, but some people have been frozen down, and they have come back to life when the person was thawed. So, when does the life really end? There've been many reports of people whose hearts have stopped beating who later spontaneously regain their vital signs, such as a 34-year-old woman in Spain who was clinically dead for six hours in December 2019. It's thought such cases often occur because an extreme drop in body temperature prevents cell damage that leads to biological and irreversible death.
How can a person be stated to be dead? An individual who has sustained either (1) irreversible cessation of circulatory and respiratory functions, or (2) irreversible cessation of all functions of the entire brain, including the brainstem, is dead. So, when we are stopping with breathing and the heart does not beat, and the brain is not functioning, we are really declared as dead! And being dead is a sad for people who had know you for a long time in life, and there is often much grief and pain behind any death for many people.
So, are there voices from the grave? Of course not, and we are not used to it. But we are living the life as we are doing the choices when being there, and we cannot do anything as humans when we are declared as dead, and we are put in a coffin, and we are either buried or cremated. And this is about how the friends and the family have their preferences for doing things with the dead body, and this body can most often not come back to the life as we can live it from place to place and from time to time. And if there are voices from the grave, we should examine the causes, and trying to explain what has happened.
