You know, the Big Bang and the theory of evolution can explain all things today going on at the earth, and things happening in the universe. And this is about what has happened to any time at any places. And we need education and research to take active part in the discusssion, especially at the high level in communication. We need education with long duration at the universities, the colleges and the business schools. And this is how to explain what is perceived and why!
The elements in the theory of evolution are changes, adaptations, reproduction, heritage, difference and time. And any creature of any kinds would have changed through all the billions of years that the earth has been here. The earth is estimated to be 4,5 billions of years old, and the universe is estimated to be there as long as 13,8 billions of years. And everything can have started in a solitary cell, and it can have been developed further in the ways that we are operating. And there can have been constant creatures and creatures in changes from years to years, and that means that the mission and the vision is about changing things, and what we are today, is not what we had been for millions of years ago back in time. And the life is not giving to us, we give the life to the people that are there from time to time. And we are living in life, or we are dead, and the death is due to the nature, and that we have diseases and changing in the environments, and that has been the reason why people have been living to any time to any place at the earth. So, there are adaptations from time to time, and the people loving life will just changes something from time to time, but we can be even better with delivering solutions today, than at any time before. And reproduction means that couples are getting children, and that many of these children are having the same abilities and capabilities as their parents. And heritage means that the children's ways of being are equal to their parents through all times, and we should try to understand people living before us. And anything in life is to understand the past and the present. There are also differences between people from time to time, and time and space cannot be explained separately, we have to understand them simultanesously. And maybe in the future, that the sun will be more near to the earth than today, and that means that there is too warm in nature at the earth.
So, evolution, that is why we are as we are, and how we are as we are. And through all the years of time, there can have been constant ways of being in attention, in interest, in desire and in action, and that is the AIDA-model. And there can also have been changes in the creatures living at the planet of any kinds, when we are trying to understand what has happening. And you know, the ways to understand anything in life, is through adaptations, and we need to deliver any products, goods or services, in relation to the human mind and the human mood from time to time, and that means that we should be engaged with understanding any human, and why things are as they are. And we should not just be in the media with showing all our things, because there should be reasons and fundaments while being there. And we should never give up in life, and we should always front our own perceptions and opinions. And you know, every book on NHH in Bergen and every research report at SNF in Bergen, are just about understanding the human nature in the nature, and how all things should be explained most sensible to know what to do and why.
So, any leader is of the human nature, and we should live at the planet to give good and sensible solutions to the earth, and especially with giving advice and good consultancy of all the ways that are possible to deliver products within. And the perceptions and the opinions are due to ourselves, and therefore nobody can tell us the truth unless it is little probable, and we can believe in what we want in life, and philosophy of sciences is telling us about the facts that we can perceive, and we should be engaged with explaining the nature, and we can do it all the life. And we should be engaged with delivering sensible products to the markets, and there should be causes, processes and effects about what we are doing. And leaders having not read the whole library and the faculties in Bergen, they really know not much enough about the human nature in the nature. So, all the stories and all the myths that we are telling people, are often in accordance with knowing too little about what is going on and why. And we cannot explain everything at the globe, and therefore God and Jesus Christ are not understandable at all ways for all the people on the earth.
