Esta es la historia de una niña de 11 años llamada Victoria mejor conocida como ''Vicky'' y su encuentro con una familia de tiburones.
Años atrás Vicky junto con su familia emprendieron un viaje a la ciudad de Sucre, específicamente a la zona de Cariaco/Casanay, que pertenece a las costas venezolanas. Allí existía un proyecto de mucha ambición el cual era muy conocido entre la comunidad. El papá de Vicky tuvo la idea de ir a conocer dicho parque llamado ''LAS AGUAS DE MOISÉS''. Era inmenso y muy hermoso.
Vicky desde muy pequeña amaba el agua, piscina, mares y demás. Al llegar y recorrer las diferentes piscinas, los encargados del parque los motivaron a que se acercaran a la piscina mas grande de todas, donde se encontraba una gran familia de TIBURONES. Vicky estaba entre exaltada y nerviosa; nunca había estado tan cerca de ningún tipo de tiburón y menos de una piscina inmensa llena de ellos. Su papá dando el ejemplo fue rápidamente a ponerse el short de baño, para ser el primero en entrar y así Vicky no sintiera temor de vivir esta grandiosa experiencia, tan única e inigualable en el hábitat de esa hermosa especie.
Vicky estaba muy muy pero muy indecisa, entre sus padres y sus hermanos, intentaban motivarla a entrar. En un momento determinado estuvo a punto de hacerlo, pero al ver que estos tiburones estaban rodeando a su papá, se arrepintió a pesar de que ya estaba muy cerca del agua; comenzó a llorar del miedo al punto de pedirle de todo corazón a su padre que saliera del agua.
Uno de los trabajadores del parque se le acercó para explicarle que este tipo de tiburón era total y completamente inofensivo, que desde que nacen, ellos en el parque se encargan de que convivan con seres humanos en armonía, contándole que hasta la fecha no habían tenido ningún tipo de inconveniente con dichos animales con las personas.
Vicky se calmo, dejo de llorar al escuchar a este muchacho. Sus hermanos volvieron a motivarla, ellos entraron primero, se tomaban fotos y dichos animales se comportaban de la mejor manera, no existía ningún tipo de peligro. Toda la familia estuvieron por mucho tiempo insistiendo; no fue hasta finalizar la tarde que Vicky se levanto de la silla, dejando a un lado todo temor para entrar, se repetía a sí misma muchas veces que si no lo hacia en ese viaje quizá no iba a volver a tener una oportunidad como esa.
Fue entonces que le pidió a su padre que la tomara de la mano y entrara junto con ella. Al estar allí dentro su actitud cambió totalmente, olvido todo el miedo que tenia, se emociono tanto, no podía creer que estaba en aguas llenas de tiburones pequeños.
La gran mayoría de esta especie suele ser muy agresiva, existen muchas tragedias relacionadas con tiburones, sin embargo este no fue el caso. Vicky venció ese temor y los tiburones no tuvieron ningún inconvenientes en compartir su espacio con seres humanos.🦈

Years ago, Vicky and his family undertook a trip to the city of Sucre, specifically to the Cariaco / Casanay area, which belongs to the Venezuelan coasts. There was a very ambitious project there which was well known among the community. Vicky's father had the idea of going to visit this park called * "LAS AGUAS DE MOISÉS". * It was immense and very beautiful.
Vicky from a very young age loved water, swimming pools, seas and more. When they arrived and toured the different pools, the park managers encouraged them to approach the largest pool of all, where a large family of SHARKS was located. Vicky was between exalted and nervous; I have never been so close to any type of shark and less than a huge pool full of them. His father, setting the example, quickly put on his bathing shorts, to be the first to enter, so that Vicky would not be afraid to live this great experience, so unique and unmatched in the habitat of this beautiful species.
Vicky was very, very, very indecisive, between her parents and her brothers, they were trying to motivate her to enter. At a certain moment he was about to do it, but when he saw that these sharks were surrounding his dad, he regretted it even though he was already very close to the water; she began to cry out of fear to the point that she asked her father with all her heart to get out of the water.
One of the park workers approached him to explain that this type of shark was totally and completely harmless, that since they are born, they in the park are in charge of living with humans in harmony, telling him that to date they have not had no inconvenience with such animals with people.
Vicky calmed down, stopped crying when listening to this boy. Her brothers motivated her again, they entered first, took photos and said animals behaved in the best way, there was no danger. The whole family were insisting for a long time; It was not until the late afternoon that Vicky got up from her chair, leaving aside all fear to enter, she repeated to herself many times * that if she did not do it on that trip, perhaps she would not have an opportunity like that again *.
It was then that she asked her father to take her hand and enter with her. Being there, his attitude changed completely, he forgot all the fear he had, he was so excited, he could not believe that he was in waters full of small sharks.
The vast majority of this species is usually very aggressive, there are many shark-related tragedies, however this was not the case. Vicky overcame that fear and the sharks had no problem sharing their space with humans.
