A visa is required for Bulgarians, so upon entering Singapore, we obtained a visa at the airport. Upon arrival, we filled out forms and were given the visa on a slip of paper, which we had to keep until the end of our stay. I have no idea what it's like for tourists from other countries, so check before you go. My first impression was the perfectly organized public transport and especially the metro. A ticket costs about $1.50. Maybe because the transport is wonderfully organized, I didn't see many cars on the boulevards and no traffic jams. There are few cities like Singapore with its skyscrapers, highways, air-conditioned subways and crystal cleanliness, until you get super weird, too tidy and clean. Something important to say is that chewing gum is prohibited and the fines for throwing cigarettes on the ground are very high, so be very careful when you go to Singapore.

Orchard Road is the largest shopping street in Singapore, on both sides of it there are shopping malls for several kilometers. Bulgarian malls are very small compared to what I saw. Orchard Road is the world's most popular shopping street and people from all over the world come specifically to shop. The variety of brands and types of goods is completely dizzying. Plus the huge entertainment centers inside. In general, the place creates an air of luxury, but if you walk into Chinatown or Indiatown, the view changes quite a bit. and from these neighborhoods you can buy a lot of things at a reasonable or low price. And in the Indian quarter, playing cricket is very common and if you are a fan, you can play with the locals. There is certainly something for everyone in Singapore so go and see what awaits you. Enjoy
