BRIDGE as a symbol has long been known in different cultures. It can be interpreted in completely different ways: it is a transition from the world of the living to the world of the dead, overcoming a difficult period as a whole. A bridge can unite territories, but also serve as a border between warring ones.
МОСТ , как символ известен давно в разных культурах. Трактовать его можно совершенно по-разному: это переход из мира живых в мир мёртвых, преодоление сложного периода в целом. Мост может объединить территории, но и быть границей между враждующими.
In Zoroastrianism, it is believed that the souls of the dead end up in front of the Bridge of Separation (Chinvat Parvata), through which one can get to heaven: the bridge widens for the righteous, but for sinners it becomes narrow, like a razor blade.
В Зороастризме считается, что души умерших оказываются перед Мостом Разделения (Чинват Парвата), через него можно попасть в рай: мост расширяется для праведников, но для грешников он становится узким, как лезвие бритвы.
In a broad sense, the bridge symbol is a transition from one state to another - a symbol of great change and transformation.
