"Voice of time," I think, "what is it about?"
It is believed that we live time sequentially from the past through the present to the future. This is if you are in the flow of time, and if you are an observer?

Считается, что мы проживаем время последовательно из прошлого через настоящее в будущее. Это если ты в потоке времени, а если ты наблюдатель?
Most likely, you can hear how the echoes of different times collide, forming something like synergy: the experience of the past, the activities of the present and dreams of the future (read illusions). At this moment, a feeling of completeness arises: I have everything, everything is enough for me.
Скорее всего, ты можешь услышать, как отзвуки разного времени вcnречаются, образуя что-то вроде синергии: опыт прошлого, деятельность настоящего и мечты о будущем (читай-иллюзии). В этот момент возникает чувство полноты: у меня всё есть, мне всего достаточно.
This is partly why many things live near me. You open the door to the attic, and there ... many voices of the past begin to talk to you: "... do you remember?"
Отчасти поэтому многие вещи живут у меня рядом. Откроешь дверь на чердак, а там... множество голосов прошлого начинают вести с тобой разговор: "... а ты помнишь?"
I like to take them in hand. And most importantly, they themselves will tell everything better than me, often they simply do not need to be disturbed. They stand on a shelf in close proximity - each thing with its own history.
Мне нравится брать их в руки. И главное, они сами всё расскажут лучше меня, зачастую им просто не надо мешать. Стоят они на полке в близком соседстве - каждая вещь со своей историей.
They quietly lead their story, perhaps, in a sense, it will be clear only to me. They are anchors of feelings and memories. This is the voice of the times. More of the past and some of the present.
Они негромко ведут свой рассказ, пожалуй, в некотором смысле он будет понятен только мне. Они - якоря чувств и воспоминаний. Это и есть голос времени. Больше прошлого и отчасти настоящего.
