Wednesday Challenge - My Favorite Place To Eat: Anstruther harbor-A...

Hello my dear Steemians and Art Fans,

I usually take part one a week in @steemitblog challenge, this time I thought about the favourite place where we go to eat. That sounds easy and simple, it could be any place but in general I love cooking myself and we usually love to have a nice meal either in front of our fireplace or in garden when we have nice sunny days.

When I think about those few days then it is not only going to eat out but also to combine visiting nice place and also to have a good walk to make us hungry and really enjoy our food.

The place we visit often is in Anstruther, that is a small fisher town north to our place and toward St. Andrews, I believe this place is very well known to many people due to St. Andrews University and its oldest Golf place.

But back to Anstruther, we love this place due to few things:

Interesting thing for me there is very nice Antique shop that I really love and spend hours, my hubby prefers to visit this place on Sunday I think because this shop then closed, but it is all right

The next interesting thing is at waterfront there is wonderful harbour, not so huge but so cozy and there are a lot of sailing boats both modern and wooden, there is also some garages for boats that some of elderly repair themselves. There is also nice harbor museum.

The third reason is the best Fish and Chips in this town but also I do not cook fish and chips at home and this is only food that we go out specially to eat. The place called “The Waterfront” when sitting outside you have a beautiful view to Lighthouse and sailing boats. That is why I decided to do a painting of this place.

“The Waterfront”

The restaurant if quite small, that is why we prefer to sit outside. The service is really good, often we see some family members working there like young teenagers who are very friendly, attentive and polite, that is why we usually leave good tips.

The food is really tasty, I love the salad and vegetables. At the end a cup of coffee to enjoy the view. Maybe because of tourists around the prizes are quite high but we usually visit the place not so often that is why it is all right. At the moment like any other rest of restaurants here are closed.
