Hello dear Steemians,
After couple of months that we had some rest today after I spoke to our Artists teams and also our Moderators I wanted to submit the Application from "World of Xpilar" Community and a group of Artists and Photographer, who came together and successfully run the Season 6 of Steemit Engagement Challenge in December.
It was a lot of fun and hard work the same time because our Professional Artists and Photographers not only read your posts and left nice comments, but also they were constructive with advises how to make your future works better and what to pay attention to. It is a big privilege to have such people around and to be able easily to contact them. That privilege we are offering your in our community WOX.
The other reason why we are applying now again is that we would like to offer all possible support for our users in WOX, we glad that currently we are in Booming Community Support Program but also we have 3 of our Moderators are in the Steemcurator teams.*
When some users complaining that they can not "grow" their accounts, I can only say, they have to be active, users have to decide what they want to achieve, if they want to stay long term on Steemit they should use any opportunity that is offered by the Steemit Team.

WOX is a community that accommodate many different topics and fields, the users are coming from different countries. We speak different languages but still majority is communicating in English and Spanish.
The Community was created around Feb-March 2020 by @xpilar, who holds Active key
Posting keys of account has @xpilar, @stef1, @myskye.
Very quickly after foundation we decided to get more people involved, that was the reason why we have such multi-cultural team from different countries but also speaking different languages and having different area of interests.
Behind the community was a strong core team of investors from Norway @reflektor, @hingsten, @bippe with @xpilar as a leader, that core makes a significant percent of WOX trial Upvote and that was the reason why we had good retain of users.
In order to support our users @xpilar created a community account @worldofxpilar, although it has not much Steem Power but it is triggerring a Trial that has 300+ users, with strong accounts like: @xpilar, @reflektor, @hingsten, @bippe, @xpilarwitness

The challenge will be organised by myself @stef1 and @bambuka, our discord tags: "Stef1#0658" and "bambuka#1499", but some of our Moderator volunteering to help out with verification too, therefore, we may create a team work and schedule the verification on certain days.
The challenge will be to create Visual Art: either drawing/painting according the topic of WOX Professors:

The Challenge posts will be done from Community account @worldofxpilar and 50% of the post payout will go to the community account, the other 50% will be set as beneficiaries to Judgement board juries and team who will take part in verification of posts.
We will comment on every posts and depending on the quality the posts will receive Upvote from Trial
The posts will be checked for Plagiarism, AI generated and original content
Because it will be Visual Art posts it is important photos capturing the process of work and we do not count how many words you write.
It is an unique Community and only a Visual Art Challenge
