Drinking plenty of water is a must to everyone. As they said, it is better not to eat for a longer time than no water at all. Aside from you will get dehydrated, you also feel week if you haven't drunk water for two or more days.
And so in school, since we badly need water from time to time due to our kind of work that we keep on talking, one of our friends/colleagues introduced us this flower.

Blue Ternate is already very popular here in our school. It is commonly know as Butterfly Pea and scientifically know as Clitoria ternatea. It is already popular here in our school because aside from it could hydrate you, it also had lots of health benefits.
Well in fact, there is already a growing blue ternate in our school which was planted by the one who introduced this plant to us. And every friday, I took some flower so I could use with @abby0207 and @fabio2614.

I normally get 7pieces of its flower, and make sure that the condition is good and with no insects in it, wash it properly and put it in a glass of hot water. Let it cool a little, and niw ready to sip.

These are only some of the benefits I know and made me decide to drink this tea:
