Hace unos días salí a comprar unas cosas que me hacían falta en casa, luego fui a la playa a ver el atardecer para tomar algunas fotografías y disfrutar de la tranquilidad que se siente en un lugar como este, con un paisaje hermoso.
A few days ago I went out to buy some things that I needed at home, then I went to the beach to watch the sunset to take some pictures and enjoy the tranquility that you feel in a place like this, with a beautiful landscape.

Causalmente cuando llegue a la playa estaban practicando Kitesurf, como nunca habían demasiadas personas practicando, incluyendo unos adolescentes, calculo que tenían como 15 años de edad.
Pensé que era una competencia por la gran cantidad de personas que estaban en las aguas practicando este hermoso deporte de alto riesgo. Entonces me acerque a la orilla para poder tomar las fotos más de cerca y sentir esa fresca brisa de mar.
Causally when I got to the beach they were practicing Kitesurfing, as there had never been too many people practicing, including some teenagers, I estimate they were about 15 years old.
I thought it was a competition because of the large number of people who were in the waters practicing this beautiful high-risk sport. Then I got closer to the shore so I could take the photos more closely and feel that fresh sea breeze.

Estos son mis momentos mágicos, observar el atardecer en un lugar encantador como este. Además poder realizar estas capturas en el momento perfecto cuando pasaba el cometa cerca del sol.
These are my magical moments, watching the sunset in a charming place like this. In addition to being able to make these captures at the perfect moment when the comet passed close to the sun.

También me di el gusto de quitarme los zapatos y caminar por la arena, tenía tiempo que no lo hacía. Caminar descalzo es una sensación maravillosa, es estar en pleno contacto con la madre Tierra, se siente uno libre, relajado, tranquilo y con mucha paz.
Como terapeuta, siempre les recomiendo a mis pacientes y amigos que, caminar descalzo por la arena libera del estrés y también de la estática que generamos cuando estamos mucho tiempo en la computadora.
I also had the pleasure of taking off my shoes and walking on the sand, I hadn't done it for a long time. Walking barefoot is a wonderful sensation, it is being in full contact with Mother Earth, one feels free, relaxed, calm and with great peace.
As a therapist, I always recommend to my patients and friends that walking barefoot through the sand relieves stress and also the static that we generate when we spend a lot of time on the computer.
