Lhokseumawe is a small city that is very famous for its beauty. Even though it does not have magnificent and tall buildings, the city of Lhokseumawe is unique in having beautiful beaches and beautiful reservoirs. The city of Lhokseumawe is very loved by the people of Aceh because this small city has many memories to this day.
I was born here and I am proud to have a city that many people love. Every day people always do various activities and I myself also really like traveling to unique or open places. But this afternoon I want to take a walk to the reservoir because this is the center of attention for many people, both in the afternoon and on weekends. This place is very famous but unfortunately this place is not kept clean.
The distance to the city is only 15 minutes to get there and that's if there is no traffic jam in the middle of the road entering the city because in the afternoon people usually race to the city and compete with people coming home from work. Every afternoon people relax on the edge of the Lhokseumawe reservoir because of the beauty of this reservoir which makes people love it. For example, you can see the biggest mosque in Lhokseumawe, namely the Islamic Center, and see fishermen fishing.
Then the left and right of this reservoir are filled with people selling things like grilled dumplings, grilled corn, caluk noodles and other types of Acehnese culinary delights. The point is that in the afternoon it is very nice to relax here by enjoying the various kinds of dishes provided. Prices are also very affordable, we can even say that the price of food here is cheap, only Rp. 1 thousand to 15 thousand or 0.3 - 3.4. Then besides being able to relax in the reservoir, we can also fish here hehehe.
Then, people usually use this reservoir for activities here by exercising every afternoon or morning. They really enjoy exercising here because the road is smooth and covered by large asan trees growing beside the road. The afternoon atmosphere was quite beautiful and pleasing to the eye, making my day full of enthusiasm for carrying out today's activities, even if it was just a short stop and walking around the reservoir. That's the beauty of my small town and people really enjoy the beauty of this city.
