For most of us returning users, it’s so exciting to see the strategic revolutionization of our great platform. I call steem ours because we all belong here and are committed to see steem great.
Based on the request by the steemit team for formation of five member teams in different countries of the world, STATED HERE, I’m excited to announce that we have a team, formed today here in Nigeria. The team members are @greatness96, @thompsonenang, @stephen96 (recruited by @greatness96), @senicbliss(recruited by @greatness96) and @princesstj.
Three members, @greatness96, @stephen96 and @thompsonenang are all working in the same office, while the two ladies, @senicbliss and @princesstj are in different locations but still in Nigeria. They are all excited about the team and we have a whatsapp group where we discuss anything we plan to do as a team.
All members of this team are active in the game. @thompsonenang and @senicbliss joined yesterday and I have submitted their first post on the comment of the latest post by @steemitblog, as directed.
Tasks for team members
As a team, our major tasks are those given by @steemitblog:
Recruit
Retain
Reward
Recruitment
On recruitment, each member of the team will be given the task of bringing at least one new person to steem per week or one new game player. We are keeping it low and achievable to accommodate the new members in our team. The maximum number is infinite, as we believe we can always bring more on daily basis.
Retention
On retention, we are going to create a steem training group for new recruits, ensuring we show them the way around steem. Ultimately, we will be voting and commenting on their diary game posts to encourage them to remain active in the steem platform.
Rewards
On rewards, we are going to give the author rewards of our weekly update post to the best recruiter for the week. This reward will go a long way in making our team competitive for the growth of steem.
Weekly Update of Activities of The Team
Our weekly progress report will be given every Saturday evening when the phase two of the diary game begins. The report will cover, among others, new recruits and who invited them, new game participants and who invited them, best diary game post chosen from our group members and other exciting achievements as the game unfolds. For the weekly progress report, we will be using @promo-steem account to ensure centrality. Using this account will also help us boost the steem power of the central account for the purpose of curating posts from new recruits and game players.
