Seven months ago we were offered to be the new home of this beautiful white horse. We built a barn and fences to prepare, but it took way longer than expected. Finally now we get to share the adventure of bringing home Tao the horse!
Tao will be a great horse for Luke to ride. He loves to ride horses. Normally he has gone to some facility to ride for therapy, but Tao is gentle enough that we can trust letting Luke ride with little assistance. Luke's sister will ride our other horse Maggie right along side of him.
The family that had Tao before was super loving and really didn't want to let him go, but their girl left for college and Tao just wasn't getting the attention that they wanted for him. We are so grateful for the years of love and training they they gave to Tao to prepare him for this new chapter in his life.
