What a beautiful weekend to work on the horse barn! Two families donated their time to help this project get along! Saturday two great teenagers came over to help me with some of the heavy lifting (as indicated in the video below), and Sunday a family came over to help me get rafters and siding up. It's Texas so there's no way around it... it was hot! We kept cool under the shade tree with lots of water to drink. The work was good and the companionship was even better!
Here you can see the clouds that came in Sunday evening. We didn't end up getting much rain that night but the lightning storm and winds were impressive.
