½ kilo ground beef
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pc medium-size onion, chopped
2 pc medium-size carrot, minced

Ratio would be 1 tablespoon of the cooked mixture of beef and vegetables then wrap it in the lumpia wrapper properly.

When cooking the lumpia wrapper, deep fry it until there is a color change from light yellow to golden brown around 4 to 6 minutes. Drain it on table napkin or paper towel to remove excess oil.
