What's up, Steemians.
You have to be careful with the tiny, fragile plants in the first weeks. It happens too quickly that you damage a leaf or even worse the whole plant while watering. Now, after 4 weeks the situation is much better and the plants have many big leaves already.
As you can see the leaves already formed a solid roof in my grow box. Then it is time to put the plants into bigger containers since the small ones will not provide enough space in the next weeks.
Therefore, I hydrated a new bucket of coconut soil and put every plant in a bigger container. For sure I kept an eye on the labels to not mix the plants. 😊 The biggest plants are currently: Anaheim, Golden Treasure and the pointed paprika.
Container difference:
The roots have still enough room for growth:
Since last time I lowered the temperature to constant 24°C. I continued to put the chili fertilizer (liquid fertilizer) into the water. The growth is phenomenal in only 4 weeks time. Especially looking at the last 2 weeks only. The right conditions produce great results.
To DOs:
- Move the plants in the next week to the unheated grow box due to space problems.
I keep you posted on updates.
