I am always one that loves to build things as safely as possible. This is especially true when there is something that is capable of burning your house down. This heat shield is designed to make sure that the combustible wall behind the shield does not get hot enough to catch fire.
In this video, we put the tile on the shield. If you missed part one, that is where I showed you how to actually attach the cement board to the wall correctly. While that first video made a functional shield, this video will show you how to finish it and make it beautiful.
