How to make your own granola How To: Weekly contest by @drawmeaship

Hello, today I will share with you a granola recipe. I really like to have granola for breakfast on my yogourt or on my smoothie bowls. I find granola quite expensive for the quantity you get in a packet and it is often saturated with sugar so I prefer to make my own granola.


Recipe:


250g rolled oats

150g peanut butter

80g honey

50g chocolate chips

80g almond or hazelnut powder


1 Weight your honey and peanut butter and soften it in the microwave. Then mix it really well with your rolled oats. 

2 Spray your mix in an oven tray.

3 Sprinkle your nut powder and chocolate chips.

4 Roast under the grill until your oats are nice and golden.

It takes maximum 15min and it is so delicious!!! I hope you like it:)
