Everyone wants EOS to be where NASA has never been - TO THE MOON. And why not? The best team is working to create a Ethereum Killer platform. While everyone is excited about the price today as EOS crossed $2.00 mark and seems to find a new support level. People have started predicting that 1 EOS will be equal to $10,000.. Seriously ? When ? hahha
I am writing this post to remind people that EOS is an operating system which has no value until daaps are build on it... Can you imagine using Windows without MS office ? Windows becomes a household name because of MS- Office and vice versa... EOS by itself is nothing ! It needs distributed apps to be build on it. Until the platform is not used till its full potential, the price cannot go to the MOON. Sorry to disappoint you but thought of bringing you back on earth for some time :)
For next one year (ICO period), some companies may experiment will EOS but we wont see a switch from Ethereum blockchain to EOS blockchain... For it to happen, someone will have to experiment with EOS blockchain first and share his experience. Can that someone be you ? Think about it.
You cannot make EOS go to the moon, just by putting it few hundred dollars every week into the project... If you really want EOS to go to the moon, plan to create an app to disrupt Uber or disrupt Airbnb on EOS. Your app's success will be well promoted by EOS team for your business to be successful, and EOS to attract more companies to migrate from Ethereum cockchain to EOS blockchain.
