Pumpkin Butter Prawn

Ingredients :

  • 600g shrimp clean (preferably large size).
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 curry leaf stalk
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 150 ml of evaporated milk
  • 100 g pumpkin (steamed and puree)
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Steps:

  • Melt the butter in the pan and saute the curry leaves and chilies until fragrant.

  • Add evaporated milk and water.

  • Enter the squash mix well.

Udang Butter Labu

Bahan-bahan :

  • 600g udang bersihkan (sebaiknya ukuran besar).
  • 2 sdm mentega
  • 1 tangkai daun kari
  • 1 sdt cabai rawit
  • 150 ml susu evaporated
  • 100 gr labu (dikukus dan haluskan)
  • 100 ml air
  • 1/2 sdt garam


Langkah :

  • Cairkan mentega di wajan dan tumis daun kari dan cabai sampai harum.

  • Tambahkan susu evaporated dan air.

  • Masukkan labu aduk rata.

  • Masukkan udang aduk sampai setengah matang.

  • Kemudian Masukkan garam, koreksi rasa dan aduk hingga matang.
