They sold it as a plan to look out for your safety. Was it? Is that all that are looking out for?
Janet Napolitano
Some info from her background stand out.
Born in New York
Her father was of Italian descent and her mother had German and Austrian ancestry.
Father was the dean of the University of New Mexico School of Medicine
raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she graduated from Sandia High School in Albuquerque in 1975 and was voted Most Likely to Succeed.
attended Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa, won a Truman Scholarship, and studied political science
Part of an exchange program with London and Santa Clarita University
Analyst for the United States Senate Committee on the Budget. In 1978, she studied for a term at the London School of Economics as part of Santa Clara's exchange programme through IES Abroad.
Napolitano served as an attorney for Anita Hill
appointed by President Bill Clinton as United States Attorney for the District of Arizona.
Governor of Arizona
Napolitano was born November 29, 1957) she is an American politician, lawyer, and university administrator who served as the 21st Governor of Arizona from 2003 to 2009 and the United States Secretary of Homeland Security from 2009 to 2013, under President Barack Obama. She has been president of the University of California system since September 2013, shortly after she resigned as Secretary of Homeland Security.
Stated, "Homeland security begins with Hometown security. That's why I'm pleased that Walmart is helping make our communities more safe and secure. If you see something suspicious in the parking lot or in the store, say something immediately. Report suspicious activity to your local police or sheriff. If you need help, ask a Walmart manager."
You can see a clip of this here,
Walmart has struck a deal with the US government, hiring 130,000 to reserve active duty and veterans in the United States over the past 3 years. A highly massive force of highly trained and skilled soldiers.
This stated at Walmart dot com,
Bentonville, Ark., Feb. 15, 2018 – Walmart announced today it has hired more than 194,000 veterans and promoted more than 28,000 to roles of greater responsibility since launching its Veterans Welcome Home Commitment in May 2013. The commitment guarantees a job offer to any eligible, honorably discharged U.S. veteran who has separated from active duty since Memorial Day 2013. Walmart is now more than three-quarters of the way to reaching its goal to hire 250,000 veterans by 2020.*

Recently Walmart fired thousands of workers and closed 269 stores due to financial problems and as seen at some of these stores, workers displaced or fired due to "sewer problems."
CNN Money Reported,
The closures could last up to six months and affect roughly 2,200 workers in Texas, California, Oklahoma, and Florida.
Walmart surprised everyone and put 2,200 people out of work Monday when it temporarily closed five stores.
The reason for the shut down: plumbing problems, according to the retailer.
Two of the stores are in Texas, and the others are in California, Florida and Oklahoma. They will be closed for "extended repairs" for approximately six months, the company said.
The stores closed at 7 p.m. Monday, after workers were notified just hours before that they were losing their jobs.
"Everybody just panicked and started crying," said Venanzi Luna, a manager of the deli department at the Pico Rivera, Calif. store.
A city manager named, Rene Bobadilla said, ""This is the first time we're hearing of their sewer problems!"
The company has not yet asked for any building permits, which may be required for major work.
Then in In Livingston, Texas, where 422 people were laid off, city officials met with Walmart representatives on Monday. They were told that the plumbing problems have been "ongoing and pervasive," said Marilyn Sutton, the Livingston City Manager.
Walmart hasn't applied for any permits there yet because they first need to determine what repairs are needed, Sutton said.
Walmart intends to reopen the stores as soon as the problems are resolved.
These five stores had the most plumbing problems over the past two years, but don't have anything else in common, a spokesman said.
Yahoo Finance looked into the plumbing permits and found this and you can decide if their story adds up,
According to ABC News, "no plumbing permits have been pulled in any of the five cities where the stores were suddenly closed for at least six months." The cities where locations were closed include: Brandon, Florida; Pico Rivera, California; Livingston, Texas; Midland, Texas; and Tulsa, Oklahoma.
A city official in Pico Rivera confirmed to CBS Los Angeles that the city has not received any permit requests for building repairs.
In Midland, Texas, where another store was closed, a city official told ABC News that his plumbing inspector was turned away when he visited the store and offered to help secure construction permits.
Wal-Mart plumbing technician Codi Bauer, who worked at the now shuttered store in Brandon, Florida, questioned the company's time frame for the repairs.
"Even if they had to replace the whole sewer line, it wouldn't take six months to replace a whole sewer line in that store," he told WFLA.
We reached out to Wal-Mart for comment and will update when we hear back.
A Wal-Mart spokesman told Consumerist that the company had not secured permits "because we have yet to know the full extent of the work that needs to be done. We may also have to do additional upgrades that may require additional permits."
What is interesting is they have links to platforms like ABC News, but when you click on it from their site. . .Yahoo Finance, you get this,
The CBS LA link comes in,
Which states,
Employees of a Pico Rivera Walmart who recently learned the store was closing met Thursday with executives to discuss their jobs.
A group lined up around 8 a.m. in front of the Double Tree Hotel in Rosemead before they were called in one by one.
This link did not want to come in from WFLA so I found the story in a related article from Student News Daily in 2015,
Where the information from Business Insider was repeated concerning Wal-Mart plumbing technician Codi Bauer, who worked at the now shuttered store in Brandon, Florida, questioned the company’s time frame for the repairs.
“Even if they had to replace the whole sewer line, it wouldn’t take six months to replace a whole sewer line in that store,” he told WFLA.
A writer gives some very interesting reasoning on Harpazo Proboards.
Five reasons why Wal-Mart's closure story is obviously a cover story
Reason #1) Wal-Mart apparently wants us to believe that it is impossible to repair plumbing problems without shutting down your business for six months. This idea is totally insane: plumbers repair catastrophic problems all day, every day, while businesses remain open everywhere.
Reason #2) If you were going to have a commercial plumbing repair team tackle real problems across your retail stores, you'd schedule their closures sequentially (one after the other) so that the same team of professional plumbers could tackle them one at a time. You wouldn't close all five stores simultaneously and suddenly, without notice.
Reason #3) Any plumbing problem so catastrophic that it needed the stores to be closed would require municipal permits to address. Yet no permits exist. "According to Hillsborough County, Walmart didn't notify the county's permit department either. No one there has heard a peep from Walmart about any major repairs." - Channel 8 News.
Reason #4) The closure of just one Wal-Mart store would cause revenue losses of hundreds of thousands of dollars a day. Across five stores, we're talking millions of dollars each day, multiplied over six months. In addition, the entire existing inventory of food at those Wal-Mart stores is a total loss because it will largely expire over the next six months (Wal-Mart says it's donating all the food on store shelves to local food banks). Does anyone seriously believe that Wal-Mart is going to sacrifice possibly $100+ million in revenues and inventory losses just to fix some plumbing problems?
Reason #5) The geographic dispersion of the Wal-Mart centers being closed raises a lot of questions about the emptied stores possibly being used as "staging areas" for some other purpose that isn't being communicated to the public.
"Astute story commenters were quick to point out that any plumbing problem can be fixed in much less time than 6 months, even in such large supercenters, and to have several of these 6-month closings all at once in states tied to Jade Helm 15 and martial law exercises (Florida, Texas, California and Oklahoma) reeks of something much deeper than 'plumbing issues,'" reported All News Pipeline. "One reader tells us that one of these Wal-Mart stores had just recently been remodeled and didn't have any plumbing problems while the note below is from a source who recently called her local Wal-Mart and discovered they may NEVER reopen!"
So was it just plumbing problems? To add to the mix of questions is the Fact not conspiracy theory as This literally took place. You can hear of Janet Napolitano stating the information in regards to this partnership between Homeland Security and Walmart.
Flashback to 2009 the web was ablaze with the revelation that the National Guard was hiring soldiers to become “internment camp specialists”
In an article from 2009 at WND titled,
Why is National Guard recruiting for 'internment' cops?
It states,
An ad campaign featured on a U.S. Army website seeking those who would be interested in being an “Internment/Resettlement” specialist is raising alarms across the country, generating concerns that there is some truth in those theories about domestic detention camps, a roundup of dissidents and a crackdown on “threatening” conservatives.
The ads, at the GoArmy.com website as well as others including Monster.com, cite the need for:
“Internment/Resettlement (I/R) Specialists in the Army are primarily responsible for day-to-day operations in a military confinement/correctional facility or detention/internment facility. I/R Specialists provide rehabilitative, health, welfare, and security to U.S. military prisoners within a confinement or correctional facility; conduct inspections; prepare written reports; and coordinate activities of prisoners/internees and staff personnel.
The campaign follows by only weeks a report from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security warning about “right-wing extremists” who could pose a danger to the country – including those who support third-party political candidates, oppose abortion and would prefer to have the U.S. immigration laws already on the books enforced.
The “extremism” report coincided with a report out of California that the Department of Defense was describing protesters as “low-level terrorists.”
The new ad says successful candidates will “provide external security to … detention/internment facilities” and “provide counseling and guidance to individual prisoners within a rehabilitative program.”
Officials at the state and federal National Guard levels told WND they were unaware of the program, although one officer speculated it could be intended for soldiers trained in the U.S. and dispatched overseas to “detention facilities.” From the national level, WND was told, officials were unaware of any such “internment facilities” at which there could be jobs to be available.
Army job ad for ‘internment’ specialist
At a NationalGuard.com website, a front page video describes the position thoroughly.
But one of the critics was a YouTube contributor who identifies himself as jafount and titled his video, “Want a job putting people into camps?”
surprise, when you try to go to the linked video you get this,
Alarmed by the ads, he said it, the idea “just absolutely blew my mind.”
Citing a promise that successful applicants would be trained in “search and restrain procedures,” he said, “That’s code for violating the 4th Amendment.”
Likewise, he said, “use of firearms” is “code for depriving somebody of their life.’
“This is the real deal, I think,” he said, citing, among others, the NationalGuard.com link.
“I saw something that didn’t sit right with me. I posted it so other people can investigate,” he said.
A commenter on the YouTube site pooh-poohed the whole suggestion.
“You have … put out a relatively benign fact, twisted it into something sinister, and then did a tinfoil-hat connection to give a false impression,” the forum participant wrote.
The ads list as “advanced responsibilities” issues such as supervision and administration, responsibility for the “prisoner/internee” population, “custody/control for the operation of an Enemy Prisoner of War/Civilian Internee (EPW/CI) camp,” and work on “custody/control for the operation of detention facility or the operation of a displaced civilian (CD) resettlement facility.”
An editorial at CanadaFreePress.com raised some overall concerns:
Let’s look at some of the evidence we have of the U.S. government’s intentions to establish the infrastructure that could be used to house large numbers of political dissidents, so-called terrorists and other individuals the U.S. government wants locked up.
HR 645 the National Emergency Centers Establishment Act is a proposed bill in the U.S. House of Representatives that would authorize FEMA to build no less than six National Emergency Centers throughout the U.S. on closed or open military facilities. These facilities are to be designed to house large numbers of people. Why would emergency centers need to be built on closed or open military facilities unless there was a need to keep people from coming in and out of them?
KBR was granted a government contract a few years ago to build facilities to house illegal immigrants. Now with illegal immigration becoming less of a problem with the U.S. economy in the toilet, these facilities can now be used for other purposes.
“This is just another step in the U.S. government’s long term plan to build the infrastructure that could be used to contain wide spread popular revolt. Combine this with the swine flu fear mongering and the potential for a mass swine flu vaccination operation and it is easy to see what might happen. Refuse to take their poisonous vaccine and you might risk being locked up as being a hazard to public safety. With the economy in the toilet and more and more people not trusting either political party or the corporate media, the ‘powers that be’ realize that they need to continue building their martial law apparatus. These Army National Guard job listings are just another piece to that puzzle proving what we already know is being built,” the editorial claimed.
At the Examiner, a commentator wrote, “Correctional/internment facilities? I have to admit that the U.S. government is good at one thing: creating fluffy names for evil acts. During WW2, of course, the U.S. didn’t have concentration camps, we had ‘relocation centers’ for hundreds of thousands of innocent Japanese citizens.”
The jobs also were listed at Jobsearch.money.cnn.com, employmentguide.com and freedomsphoenix.com.
WND reported when the DoD eventually withdrew a training manual question that linked protesters across the United States to terrorism.
That followed by only weeks a Department of Homeland Security report that described as “right-wing extremists” those who oppose abortion and support secure national borders.
Richard Thompson, president of the Thomas More Law Center, has told WND that as part of his organization’s research for its lawsuit over the DHS “extremism” report, it has discovered additional information that it is withholding now but will include in a pending amended complaint.
Thompson said one of the things that sparked the organization’s curiosity was a reference by DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano in the original report to not only government resources but also non-governmental resources.
Thompson said the information he has “creates even more concern that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is unconstitutionally targeting Americans merely because of their conservative beliefs.”
The earlier DHS report was “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment.” WND has posted the report online for readers to see.
The report linked returning veterans with the possibility of terrorism, and when it was released it created such a furor for Napolitano she has given several explanations for it, including that she would have reworded the report and that it was issued by a rogue employee.
She later apologized to veterans for having linked them to terror.
But Thompson noted that the report also targeted as “potential terrorists” Americans who:
Oppose abortion
Oppose same-sex marriage
Oppose restrictions on firearms
Oppose lax immigration laws
Oppose the policies of President Obama regarding immigration, citizenship, and the expansion of social programs
Oppose continuation of free trade agreements
Are suspect of foreign regimes
Fear Communist regimes
Oppose a “one world” government
Bemoan the decline of U.S. stature in the world
Are upset with loss of U.S. manufacturing jobs to China and India, and more
Thompson told WND no apology has been offered to the members of any of those classes of citizens.
Thompson said the original “extremism” report was “the tip of the iceberg. … Conservative Americans should be very outraged.”
The Thomas More Law Center filed its lawsuit against Napolitano and the DHS on behalf of nationally syndicated conservative radio talk show host Michael Savage, Gregg Cunningham of the pro-life organization Center for Bio-Ethical Reform Inc. and Iraqi War Marine veteran Kevin Murray.
When you try to find the complaint filed by the Thomas More Law Center on their page you get this,
This deleted material had been linked on other pages trying to inform people of what was contained in the complaint.
You can read the Homeland Security's Report here,
https://www.wnd.com/images/dhs-rightwing-extremism.pdf
It alleges the federal agency violated the First and Fifth Amendment constitutional rights of the three plaintiffs by targeting them for disfavored treatment and chilling their free speech, expressive association, and equal protection rights. The lawsuit further claims that DHS encouraged law enforcement officers throughout the nation to target and report citizens to federal officials as suspicious rightwing extremists and potential terrorists because of their political beliefs.
Accuracy in Media reported this in 2009,
This incompetently written intelligence assessment, which directs law enforcement officials across the country to target and report on American citizens who have the political beliefs mentioned in the report, will be used as a tool to stifle political opposition and opinions. It will give a pretext for opponents of those Americans to report them to police as rightwing extremists and terrorists. You can imagine what happens then.
The Report specifically mentions the following political beliefs that law enforcement should use to determine whether someone is a “rightwing extremist”:
he Obama Administration has declared war on American patriots and our Constitution. The Report even admits that the Department has no specific information on any plans of violence by so-called “rightwing extremists.” Rather, what they do have is the expression of political opinions by certain individuals and organizations that oppose the Obama administration’s policies, and this expression is protected speech under the First Amendment.
One writer put it this way,
Wal-Mart announced the temporary closure of the Midland Drive store at 2 p.m." reports the Midland Reporter-Telegram. "Monday, five hours before the designated closure time. No signs have been posted at the store’s entrances, as of 2 p.m. Wal-Mart also closed stores in Brandon, Florida, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Livingston on Monday for plumbing repairs, according to news sources in each of those respective cities."
Seriously? Does anybody believe the official explanation?
What's really raising eyebrows across the web is the mathematical improbability that five large Wal-Mart stores would all experience catastrophic plumbing problems at exactly the same day, all requiring exactly the same duration of closures: six months. The very idea that a plumbing problem could be so catastrophic that it would require shuttering an entire store for six months ranks right up there with some of the most ridiculously implausible cover-up explanations we've heard over the years such as "steel-reinforced concrete buildings suddenly collapse in perfect demolition style when they suffer from a few small office fires."
The cover story is so lacking in credibility that every informed person across the internet is laughing like crazy at the sheer stupidity of it. One news organization, Channel 8 in Brandon, Florida, looked into the claimed plumbing repairs and found it was a fictional cover story. "...8 On Your Side has found no paperwork and no work done on the plumbing," reports WFLA.com. "According to Hillsborough County, Walmart didn't notify the county's permit department either. No one there has heard a peep from Walmart about any major repairs."
On Tuesday, 8 On Your Side stopped by the Walmart, and found no plumber in sight at the Brandon Supercenter, just hundreds of confused and concerned customers.
This in from January of 2016 from the New York Times,
Walmart, whose supercenters once transformed the way Americans shop, announced on Friday that it would close a record number of stores in the United States and overseas, as it fights to hold its ground in a retail landscape under siege by the behemoth Amazon.
The giant retailer, based in Bentonville, Ark., said in a statement that it would shutter 154 stores in the United States, or about 3 percent of its locations, as well as 115 stores overseas. It will also end its Walmart Express small-store format, which failed to catch on in urban areas. As many as 10,000 employees could lose their jobs in the United States and 6,000 elsewhere, it added.

For those of you reading this right now thinking that this is just some crank conspiracy nonsense and that American will never be rounded up and forced into camps I’ll leave you with the words of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
In February of 2014 Justice Scalia issued a stark warning when speaking to a group of students at the University of Hawaii. Responding to a question about the 1944 Supreme Court ruling that upheld internment of Americans during World War 2 he said, “you are kidding yourself if you think the same thing will not happen again… [the ruling] was wrong, but I would not be surprised to see it happen again, in time of war. It’s no justification but it is the reality.”
When a Supreme court justice tells you it will happen again. Perhaps we should listen.
So what has been going on at some Walmarts and Supercenters?
Check back for a connector article showing photos and footage.
Why are all of these drills being conducted with a focus on citizens?
FEMA Camp roundup drills in Ft Lauderdale… this is no hoax. The Sun Sentinel has recently reported and now video has surfaced of Special forces operations taking place under the cover of night in Broward County Florida.
The shocking video shows Blackhawk helicopters flying low and landing as Americans are marched single file through the city streets then loaded into white vans then taken to a mock internment camp.
200 military personnel from all four branches of the military took part in this coordinated drill. The locations of which were not disclosed to the public prior to the Urban Warfare training exercise.
The Sentinel reported that “The goal is to prepare participants in realistic, unfamiliar training conditions before they deploy for combat overseas,” but Concerned citizens aren’t buying it and believe there is a dual purpose for the action and that is to train soldiers for real life domestic martial law. Likewise It is important to note that as the Jade Helm Exercises have recently labeled Texas and Utah as “hostile” territories in documents related to that exercise.
A three paragraph report by a local mainstream news outlet revealed a few facts about the training but, in true mainstream propaganda style, the report didn’t include any actual investigation or questioning of local officials.
If you try to find that local report now, this is what you get,
Interesting right?
It looks like Oath Keepers ran a story on this found here,
https://oathkeepers.org/2015/05/special-forces-deputies-plan-week-long-exercises/
Interesting one could not get to that source in a link, but I did locate it in a search so you can go here,
The increased buildup points to the fact that practicing for future unrest in America has become increasingly important to the powers that be. Most notably, many of the drills have included people pretending to be angry American citizens.
In early April, National Guard troops conducted a dirty bomb drill in California that included role players playing the part of “sovereign citizens.” (HT – Paul Joseph Watson)
“I’m a sovereign citizen, I refuse to recognize you guys, I refuse to recognize you.”
From what we know now about Broward County Florida, this doesn't seem so far fetched as it likely did when people tried to tell the others back then.
