Charismatic Leadership in the Information War

EXCLUSIVE: Trump Took Future Green Berets into Oval Office in Q-Course First

One of the goals in Information War is to develop loyalty in "followers"; whether by building personal connections or by promising the moon and stars to prospective adherents.

It is necessary in any type of war to understand the enemy's capabilities and intentions. In the current American situation, we can see the possibility that the Deep State may attempt a coup against the voted mandate of the people.

Trump, as a charismatic leader (I'm not going to quibble over details in the difference between transformation vs. charismatic leadership), recognizes the threat and here is an example of his response to it.

Let's look at some characteristics of charismatic leaders (Yukl, Riggio):

  • Express confidence in followers
  • Charismatic leaders are essentially very skilled communicators
  • The transformational leader also “walks the talk,” and is on the “front line” working with followers

I have seen Trump speak in person, and he is not a "smooth" speaker...but he has an excellent grasp of connecting with his audience. I think some people confuse oratorical skill with crisp clean sentences full of suave and "learning". That's wrong; the best public speakers grab the attention of the listener, and impart the ideas they want to transmit.

In this case of the SF officers, you can see how Trump has those characteristics we discussed.

From the article:

Halfway through the discussion, [Trump] said, ‘Hey — we’re not supposed to do this but follow me, and he brought them all into the Oval Office, took a group photograph around the Resolute desk, and then — throwing the schedules into a bit of a tizzy, said OK that’s not good enough,'” Gorka told Breitbart News in an interview.

“He said, ‘everybody stand in the corner.’ They all stood in the corner, and one-by-one we took photographs they can take home to their family with each future Green Beret next to the president at the Oval Office desk

So you can see Trump building personal connections with these officers

Remember, Information War is a mode of war; if the Deep State attempts a coup or an armed uprising, it will be the junior officers and NCOs that make the on the ground decisions...it will not be Ivy League corruptocrats in a D.C. back office. The dipshits can make any number of orders they like...it is the line officers that direct the action.

The charismatic leader, Trump, is giving you a demonstration of Counter-Coup 101 right here.

Information War goes beyond propaganda and PsyOps.
