I'll start here with the link to the petition, then we'll look at Klayman's work in confronting the Deep State across the board
Klayman has sued Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI director Christopher Wray seeking to remove Mueller from the "investigation" into Trump. Klayman makes these arguments
- “the obvious conflicts of interest among staff.”
- “it is a criminal offense to leak grand jury information”
Who Is Klayman?
former U.S. Justice Department prosecutor who has been called a "Clinton nemesis" for his dozens of lawsuits against the Bill Clinton administration in the 1990s
Wiki
Klayman’s mark on D.C. dates back to the Bill Clinton administration, when he founded the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch...the group’s methodology — harnessing the power of Freedom of Information Act requests — is credited with creating a new form of weaponized information inside the Beltway that persists today.
Larry Klayman: 'Why I'm not scared'
In a slate of pro-bono cases across the country, which include a wrongful death suit against Hillary Clinton over the 2012 Benghazi terror attacks and a failed attempt to represent Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, Klayman continues his fight, though he recognizes that some causes have a better chance of success than others.
But he bristles at the notion that any of them are frivolous.
“I’m testing the limits of the law. Win or lose, I want to make a point,” he said. “You gather information along the way — even if you don’t like the result, you get discovery.”
Larry Klayman: 'Why I'm not scared'
Although he has a poor record of winning cases, his lawsuits have often resulted in the release of previously undisclosed documents which themselves generate new scandals
Wiki
he has brought legal action against former Vice President Dick Cheney, President Barack Obama, OPEC, Iran, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, and the National Security Agency (NSA). In the last case, federal judge Richard J. Leon initially ruled in December 2013 that the NSA's bulk collection of telephony metadata violated the Fourth Amendment, but the judge ultimately dismissed the lawsuit

Is there a need for another Special Counsel?
First, let's highlight that the Justice Department reopens Hillary Clinton email investigation today.
Bill laughs at this image source
Considering the following factors, a Special Counsel is REQUIRED
- The involvement of the same DOJ and FBI officials in first "clearing" Clinton of violating the Espionage Act and then in "investigation" Trump.
See Congress finally sees FBI obstruction; the FBI chain of corruption; OIG report is still out
...and The Conservative Treehouse provides a mineload of info re: DOJ collusion and sedition, and dare I say, treason - The critical importance of the Uranium One sales (which also involves some culpability on Mueller's part)
- The pay-to-play nature of Clinton's management of State, a scandal that Clinton Still Hasn't Faced Questions About
- Seesion's recusal from election matters, a technicality that could be used against him if he actually did his job in prosecuting Clinton's crimes.
Last month, it was announced that DOJ will consider new special counsel on Clinton Foundation
Why Klayman?
Because Klayman's bias against Clinton is known and because there is not a level of trust in the DOJ to prosecute her and her crime ring. Whether Klayman has a bias or not, Clinton either
A) Violated the Espionage Act or she did not; bias doesn't change the facts
B) Ran a "Pay for Play" Scheme between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation, or she did not; bias doesn't change the facts
I have long maintained that bias is not a problem as long as it honestly acknowledged. An acknowledgment of which was lacking from DOJ/FBI officials involved in these matters, and who had financial and political ties to the Democratic Party.
