Hey Guys, I'm Francois from Germany

Hi there,

my name is Francois Alan Kublun. I'm 36 years old and work for a real estate company.

I realy suck in righting in a interesting way. So sorry about that :)

I am half german and half southafrican. Due to apartheid, I was borned in Swaziland, but I grew up in south africa, Capetown until I was 9. I decided then I wanted to know the country from my dad better, so I moved to my grand parents to cologne in germany. 2 Years later my parents came aswell to germany, because my dad couldnt finish all his business under 2 years. From there on I grew up in germany, went here to school, made an apprenticeship as an estate agent and am working for many years now already for estate companies. I have studied aswell and now have a diploma in real estate economies.

My parents moved meanwhile in 2007 back to south africa.

But honestly... I'm working in the property management division like since I can think and not as an all fancy real estate sales man (its more a joke guys :) ), but all the overtime and stress I've put into my jobs, it started to make me somehow more and more depessed, but dont get me wrong, I will be and was always the funny and nice type of guy.

But somehow there was always something in me, which wanted to be independant, working for anybody, but yourself and be free.

So I started working towards that. So since I was about 27-28, I bought me a internetsite in south africa and wanted to build up a estate company.... BUT sadly I didnt have the right mindset and the result is....the internet site is still not on this very day finish.

And somehow I gave up and thought screw this and work your butt off until you're 67 and retire in germany and be happy with your tiny pension you get.

But then in 2016, 2 people changed my life.

The 1 recommended me 2 books and the other 1 stole my heart :)

So 2016 was MY year!

A couple of days before flying to capetown in april 2016, I met jessica. We're a couple now and she just got me in every way you can believe in. She is a one of a kind woman and I'm so happy with her.

And when I was in capetown, a friend of my brother came by, who knew me, but I was too small (like 3 years old) to remember him. His name is kurt and owns a company which installs elevators from companies like Thyssen Krupp, Schindler, Mitsubishi and so on and he's very successful. Funfact by the way: Who makes the best elevators? Mitsubishi....who knew! So we were talking about all different stuff and then kurt asked me if I read. So I replied yeah, but not often. So he recommended me rich dad, poor dad and the cashflow quardrant from Robert Kiyosaki.

I bought these 2 books as audiobooks and heard them up an down multiple times.

These 2 books started to give me a new mindset.

Fearless, as I was then I startet in stocks, bought me a flat and I am doing quite well in p2p lending plattforms and have started now in cloud mining.

So honestly, I just want to share with other people my experience and help out the one or other with not doing the mistakes I did. So stay tuned :)

Wow, this was a realy long introduction. Sorry for that, guys.

Looking forward to meet new people here and I think steemit is really the future.

Best regards

Francois
