A resident of the Yavan district of Tajikistan Shahlo Safoeva asks for help to treat her three-year-old daughter Bibusumaya suffering from brain disease called hydrocephalus and meningoencephalitis.

Mother Bibusumaya added that she sent a medical history to India for the second operation. Indian doctors considered the operation possible and estimated its cost in 10 thousand dollars. Shahlo says that he no longer has the means, and even the medicine is difficult for him to acquire.
