Hello world. My name is Viv. I am Asian in appearance but I am 100% born and raised on the land of "shrimp on a bar-bee" in Australia (FYI we actually just call them prawns here).
Just like 90% of of the population on social media, I am a foodie. But i also have other characteristics.
So your first question might be "what the hell is a pandan waffle"? It's only just my favourite Vietnamese pastry!
Just imagine a green waffle batter with coconut sprinkles.
My go to spot is a hot bread store in a little suburb in Cabramatta who sells Pork Rolls 24/7. And if you have never heard of a pork roll before....that will be on another post.
For now let me show you my favourite snack. They can cook this for you on demand but its best to let it cool a little so it has little crunch.
