Following up @steemitqa's original idea, as a mean to find the best wits in our precious network, I found myself in quite a dilemma:
• To break the homogeneity of my personal blog.
• To create a new account exclusively for this beloved sport we call Chess.
Thanks to busy.org's hard work, we are now able to delegate steem power to create alt accounts that better suit our categorical needs. So... I've to give you the props for that much needed tool!
In this blog, I'll be covering, analyzing, organizing chess tournaments and contests within the community. Expecting that, in a near future, I'll be able to release the post rewards as tournament prizes and, perhaps, make our community grow by bringing chess players from around the globe to STEEM.
I do not hold high expectations for this project, yet... If nobody does it, we will never know!
Chess, is the sport of Kings, the King of Strategy; as such, not many feel very fond about it, and we will ALWAYS be a minority. A very elitist community, that has an addiction to burn neurons over a 8x8 checkered board with pieces dancing as a display of an intellectual ballet.
