Since I couldn't sleep this time and wasn't sure of the reason why sleep has deserted my pretty face this night, I want to introduce myself again and share my steemit experience with you.
I'm @youngajii and would respond nicely too if you choose to call me MzJOY.
I joined steemit about a week ago and I say with sincerity that it has been a mixed feeling. Sometimes I get inspired, some other times I have an awkward feeling but thanks to @avowal and senior steemians whose on shoulder I've been resting.
Whenever I think otherwise,
-the exploits of senior steemians keep me going
-the passion for blogging draws me closer to steemit
-the desire to know more drives me
- the need to share my knowledge with others motivates me
- the euphoria I experienced my first time keeps coming to remembrance
- the promise of eventual loving of the platform holds me not only ajar but fully to steemit
I cannot but say that my earliest days were fun, I met new people, what they do and their passions through their blog. The reception was warmth and the aura was inspiring. My first post attracted a reasonable upvote and comment at least for a newbie like me and I have my rank increased. The vibe reduced to my distaste after experiencing a drastic low response to my post either by comment, upvote or resteem and I had to check the whole stuff and ask questions again to know if I'm doing the right thing I'm ought to do here.
I was adequately attended to and asked to be patient and try to have self conviction about the platform that without being convinced, I may back out any time soon.
I took my time to meditate on those things I was told and decided to stay put and find my way up with the help of seniors.
Now, I'm tightening my grip on steemit, the placard I held in the image below shows that. Lol...
That's the little gist I have so far
