I had lunch at "Bills Hawaii".
Bill Granger who is the owner of Bills,
he opened first restaurant in Sydney, Australia on 1993.
His restaurant quickly became famous for the bests
scrambled eggs and ricotta hotcakes in town.
アロハ！クリスタルです。
今日は「ビルズハワイ」でランチしてきました。
オーナーであるBill Granger氏は1993年オーストラリアのシドニーで
初めてのレストランをオープンしました。
彼のレストランのスクランブルエッグとリコッタチーズ
パンケーキはあっと言う間に有名になったそうです。

それではオーダーしたランチを見てみましょう！
Orange Juice.
They are using the paper straws in consideration of the environment.
まずはオレンジジュース。
ビルズでは環境に配慮するため紙のストローを使っています。
ricotta hotcakes, banana and honeycomb butter.
リコッタチーズの深みとハニーの甘さが優しいホットケーキ。
ハニーはたっぷりどうぞ！
big island grass-fed 8oz beef burger, pickled green chillies,
rocket and herb mayo.
ハワイ島で育った牧草牛のバーガー、ジューシーです。
ハーブをまぶして揚げたポテトも美味しい。
free-range parrmesan crumbed chicken schnitzel,
creamed corn and fennel slaw
パルメザンチーズを使ったサクサクの衣をまとったチキン、
レモンをぎゅっと絞ってさっぱりといただけます。
Kids menu junior burger and fries.
子供用ハンバーガでも十分な大きさ！
ハーブポテトは大人用と同じでした。
食後にコーヒーもいただきましたが、話に夢中で
写真を撮り忘れてしまいました(_;)
フレッシュなコーヒーも美味しかったです。
Open 7:00-22:00.Good place to have a breakfast when you arriving Hawaii.
お店は朝7時から夜10時まで営業していますので、ハワイについてからホテルに
入るまでの時間で朝食をするのもいいですよ。
