Jagariko Nozawana kelp flavor じゃがりこ(PART17)

The 17th time of the Jarjago series is Nozawana kelp flavor of Shinshu region limited. It is the taste of "Nozawana kelp" familiar in Shinshu.
Nozawana kelp is Brassica compestris pickles.

じゃがりこシリーズ第17回目は信州地方限定の野沢菜こんぶ味です。
信州でなじみのある「野沢菜こんぶ」の味ですね。

This Jagariko contains dried nozawana pickles. The taste is called Nozawana kelp, but the taste of kelp is strong.
After taste of Nozawana's sourness, the taste of kelp is much more. It was Japanese style and very delicious jagariko.

乾燥させた野沢菜漬が練り込まれています。
味は野沢菜昆布といいますが、昆布の味が強かったです。
野沢菜の酸味の後に昆布の旨味がぐっときます。
和風でとても美味しいじゃがりこでした。
