There are several restaurants in the building of an old private house.
Liz seems to mean rice in French.
I ordered a classic pancake although I was lost as Matcha pancake.
Since it uses rice flour, it smells well, it is fluffy pancake and seems to be good for health.
Maple syrup, I wanted it a bit more (lol)

リズはフランス語で米を意味するようです。
抹茶パンケーキと迷いましたが定番のパンケーキを注文しました。
米粉を使っているので香りもよく、ふわふわのパンケーキで健康にも良いですね。
メープルシロップが、もう少しほしかったです(笑)
