KICKBOXING Workout CHALLENGE! Celebrating 1,000 Followers. WIN 50 SBD's


Few days ago I hit my first 1,000 followers, which is huge accomplishment for me and I couldn't be more #grateful for you all and all your amazing support. My heart is really humbled because when I first joined Steemit, I remember saying to my son @joordanzzz, "Can you imagine having 1,000 followers" and now I am here and I really want to say thank you with all of my heart to all of my amazing followers.


I wanted to make a challenge to thank all of my followers for their support, but I wasn't sure what to make. Because I love exercising especially boxing and kickboxing that I have been involved with for more than 15 years and I thought I'll make a challenge that can make people feel better and learn something new.
Exercise and health are a big part of my life and I love making people feel better and by doing an exercise like boxing and kickboxing is amazing for stress relief and self-confidence and of course self-defense.
So I would like to invite you all to try it out.


I didn't know how to make this challenge exactly so this is what I came up with. I am sharing with you my short kickboxing workout which involves some warmup which is really important so that you don't get hurt.

Skipping rope is a big part of a boxing/kickboxing training and it is one of the best full body workout exercises.
This exercise consists of 3 rounds/3 minutes and 45 sec. breaks between.

Afterward, I included some Front Kick, Roundhouse Kick, Side Kick and Back Kick practice where I usually do each kick on each side 10 times.


I also included some shadow kickboxing and some combinations, just so that you can get some idea of what it is supposed to look like.


THE RULES FOR THE KICKBOXING CHALLENGE

  1. Do 1-minute skipping round. Be creative and make sure you will show at least 3 different styles of skipping. On my video, you check me using all different kinds of skipping styles and feel free to make your own.
  2. Do 1-minute round doing kickboxing or just doing the kicks, at least 2 different kicks.
  3. You must be my follower.
  4. You have to upvote and resteem this post. The more people see it, the more people can try kickboxing.
  5. Nominate 3 people to this challenge.
  6. Use kickboxingchallenge as one of your tags, and also tag your post link under the comments of this post, so that I can find your post.
