저번에 큐리(퀴리?) 큐레이터 모집에서 감사하게도 두 분께서 큐레이터에 지원해 주셨습니다.
먼저 @morning 님께서는 다들 아시다시키 스시(스팀과 시사) 시리즈로 많은 유익한 분석을 해주셨고, 그 밖에도 여러 경제관련 글을 써주셨습니다. 거기에 웹개발 능력까지 있으신 출중한 인재이십니다. (아재개그는 덤입니다)
@yoonjang0707 님께서는 파워 블로거 경력을 토대로 스팀잇에 활기를 불어넣어 주실 것으로 기대합니다. 아시는 분은 아시겠지만 여친분과 함께 열정적으로 스팀잇 활동을 하고 계시기도 하죠.
무엇보다도 두 분 다 영어를 잘 하시기에, 초기단계에 큐리팀과 의사소통하면서 협력관계를 잘 구축해 나가주실 것이라 기대합니다.
두 분께서는 steemit.chat 에 가입하셔서 clayop 로 메시지 보내주시면 감사하겠습니다. 그러면 큐리팀 비공개방에 초대드려서 큐리팀과 함께 실질적인 얘기들을 나누도록 하겠습니다.
추가: 큐리 팀에서 큐레이터를 최소 두 분 요구했기에 두 분께서 함께 큐레이터로 활동해주시게 되었습니다 ^^
그리고 한국 커뮤니티 큐레이팅 기준에 대해 논의를 했으면 좋겠습니다. 몇 가지 안을 꺼내자면 다음과 같습니다.
- 한국어로 된 컨텐츠(타 언어 병기 가능)만 대상으로 해야하는지
- 연재물에 대한 보상은 어떻게 이루어져야 할지
- 큐리팀 규칙을 바꾸어 적용해야 할 부분은 없는지
Here are the guidelines for posting content -
0.) New and verified authors only, who have been persistent without much success. Brand new authors who have one or two posts without verification do not qualify. General guideline for "new author" would be, under 60 Reputation, 3000 Steem Power and 100 followers.
1.) Only original content. Articles, poetry, photography, videos, recipes, etc. that appear nowhere else on the Internet. Please make sure sources are linked properly and check for plagiarism before posting here.
2.) No Steemit-related posts, unless they are truly unique.
3.) No religious or political posts.
4.) No introductory posts, unless there is something additional in the posts that merits consideration.
5.) More than 6 hours old, but less than 20 hours. Less than $10 earned.
6.) Bonus for unique, niche and diverse content, equally try and avoid posts from trending topics/tags.
7.) Curators sharing posts from other authors will be offered a finder's fee of SBD 5 if we vote on the post. You may share your own post, but we encourage you to share others'. We'll be paying out Finder's fees to your Steemit wallet in SBDs. Let @liberosist know (privately) if you prefer an alternate way of being paid.
8.) Please don't repost something you have posted already. Also, make sure others haven't done so before.
