This spot was inhabited by Sinauga Indians 600 to 1400 years ago. On the right side of the frame you can see a single wall still standing and right around the corner from it is the cliff dwelling where they lived underneath a rock overhang. If you go down my blog just past 50 posts there's a photo of the ruin. They had quite a commanding and beautiful view. There was fresh water available right here when it rained and that is what eroded and formed this small cavern like inlet.
