Kathy's Famous Cookies is a delicious cookie and treat shop that recently opened up. It took the location of the former Emerald Bakery and kept part of the sign as you can see in the photo.

Kathy's Famous Cookies serves up some delicious cookies. My favorite are the Chocolate Chip Toffee Crunch dipped in chocolate. They are super crunchy and absolutely phenomenal.

This trip I decided to pick up a massive piece of Toffee Biscotti. It was covered in chocolate and made the perfect match for my morning coffee. It was by far the best piece of biscotti I've ever tried, although I admit I am a bit of a biscotti noob.

Overall I have enjoyed everything I've tried from Kathy's Famous Cookies so far. I look forward to going back and trying more someday in the future.
