How You Will Become An Alien

This week I've had my mind bent into all sorts of shapes. HEALTH WARNING : you'll think I'm mad, or a genius. Probably both. Because this could blow your mind.

There was a dream I had on Wednesday where an alien was hammering on my door, pleading to let him in. I did. Then I woke up suddenly, looked out the window. In the field near me there was a dark cloud where it looked like spaceship had crashed. As you can imagine I was really freaked out with the dream overlap. But then assured myself this was normal.

It got me thinking about aliens - beings of higher dimensions than our own.

Humans consider themselves the dominators and overclass here, over the animal kingdom. But much like we're above the apes. There must be something above us. Some higher intelligence.

I believe that that higher intelligence is what we call the imagination, the arts, creativity, technology. It's the place where all these things exist, then humans bring them into this dense 3D reality.

These ideas and things reveal themselves to those who are open to them.

Especially those who are outside and marginalised by culture. They aren't bogged down by everyday humdrum - "I hate my boss. What's on TV tonight?". You need to be outside our intense self-reinforcing material culture, and open to new possibilities in order for new possibilities to find you.

What's terrifiying is that the more you go down this path - the more you see, the more you're aware of. It's really discombobulating and disorientating. Because humans define themselves by this narrow field of reality. Their house, job, name, address, social circle etc. etc. When you see a reality that is so vastly different, you take away those labels, you lose the anchors that tie you to this shoreline.

You end up sailing across the unknowable, unpredictable, unforseeable seas of imagination.

As that experience (of seeing higher dimensions) can be so disorientating to most people. Most people can't fathom it. They're afraid. Therefore anything "other"... anything beyond their realms of imagination... or neatly defined categories of the world... fills them with fear. Because they can't control it.

So aliens (higher-dimensional beings / whatever you want to call them) stay away from the masses. They don't want to scare people. They don't want to alarm the majority.

However, they want to pull our society along. They're like a magnet that want to remove all this harsh, unpleasant, individualistic, materalistic culture - and pull us into their realms. This realm is abundant, full of love, art, excitement. Fear has no place there. Just love.

I feel these aliens only make themselves aware to the people who are sickened by the inadequecy of our current culture.

Then they communicate with these artists/painters/writers/inventors/musicians/visionaries. Who in turn are compelled to bring forward knowledge and information from other realms. This class of influencers then affect the denser humans - bringing them along as fast or as slow as they're ready for. Gradually opening their minds as much as they can manage.

With the internet and emerging technology now - we're all intertwined, interconnected, interjoined like no other period of history. And that interconnectedness is accelerating. We're getting closer and closer to others.

Just 20 years ago the internet was still a baby. Ideas would take weeks to disemminate through traditional media. Now a viral video or meme can be seen 600 million times, 10% of the planet, in the space of a day.

Technology is accelerating time. It's the prosthetic limb for our brain. It allows us to process more and more information.

Eventually (and sooner than we think) we'll reach what the technologists call "the singularity"

The technological singularity (also, simply, the singularity) is the hypothesis that the invention of artificial superintelligence will abruptly trigger runaway technological growth, resulting in unfathomable changes to human civilization. According to this hypothesis, an upgradable intelligent agent (such as a computer running software-based artificial general intelligence) would enter a 'runaway reaction' of self-improvement cycles, with each new and more intelligent generation appearing more and more rapidly, causing an intelligence explosion and resulting in a powerful superintelligence that would, qualitatively, far surpass all human intelligence.[3][4] Science fiction author Vernor Vinge said in his essay The Coming Technological Singularity that this would signal the end of the human era, as the new superintelligence would continue to upgrade itself and would advance technologically at an incomprehensible rate. - Wikipedia

What this means is, we'd go beyond being humans.

We have such incredible abilities and knowledge, that we would become one with the computers/higher dimensions. We would become one with the information network.

Looking back on our human state would be totally unrecognisable. We would be the aliens of higher dimensions that I talk of.

I don't think this is a possibility. This is an INEVITABILITY.

It can't be avoided. It would happen a lot faster than it's currently happening except for the fact that humans are so scared. They're full of trauma. They're full of a fear of death. They're full of self-loathing and guilt. Which... quite frankly isn't their fault. They're so scared of the unknown. They're so scared of losing control.

The truth is there are realms beyond our own. And the universe is created out of love.

You were made because of love between your parents (even if it was only a fleeting moment). And you are so ridiculously interconnected with everything else that you will always be looked after. It's just the nature of the universe.

You can't make any mistakes. You can't go wrong. There's nothing wrong with you - except your parents/teachers/bosses installed a faulty brain-operating-system on it. And you've done your best to function within those limitations. It's normal to end up in a state where you feel powerless, miserable and purposeless. That's just how the Western world has worked for a few hundred years.

But that's all changing. We're becoming aliens. It won't be easy for everyone to accept that idea - which is why it's happening quite slowly.

The more open and accepting we are of that change - the easier the crossover will be.

(Now lock me up and take me to the asylum!)
