At the request of the public I bring the second part of the post of ice cream with grated cheese from the ice cream shop in my locality this time with all the details of the preparation and the experience from start to finish, so that you can enjoy it as much as I do. This is an ice cream that has it all in my opinion is the most exotic and delicious in terms of artisanal ice cream, based on cream of milk and fruit with an assortment of ingredients that make an explosion in the mouth by the contrast of salty and sweet flavors.
Due to the boom of the first post and all its questions about the ingredients, I went to the ice cream parlor and asked if I could take pictures of the procedure, they had no problem and here is the exclusive for all of you!
The ice cream parlor is called Kiwi´s is in Barrio Obrero state Táchira, this is the pink zone of the state full of restaurants, ice cream shops and commercial premises, working-class neighborhood is like a shopping mall to open streets.
I enter I ask 2 large baskets to share with my family and begins the preparation process I have divided in steps by layers because each procedure carries a layer of cream of milk:
1st layer: In the cookie basket is placed banana and then cream of milk or cream .
2nd layer: Then all other fruits available in the ice cream parlor: sideburn, papaya, melon and pineapple.
3rd layer: After having covered the fruit with cream of milk comes the delicious grated cheese, on top to cover the whole basket.
4th layer: Add the toppings of fruits the richest top, strawberry, guava and tangerine, (here should go blackberry and Kiwis but that day there was).
5th layer: The ice cream topping, the flavor of our choice, this time we chose the canoe with chocolate and the family basket with chocolate and Swiss cake.
