I like to eat fruit, especially the bright color like pitaya, it’s not only beautiful but also delicious. It is said that pitaya contains high anthocyanin. Anthocyanin is an effective antioxidant. It has antioxidant, anti free radicals and anti-aging effects. So if you often eat pitaya , you will be much younger and more beautiful .

There are so many advantages about Pitaya. But now I will introduce the pitaya pear sweet soup that I made at home at the weekend. It is nutritious and very good to drink. In this cold season , there are so many people got a flu , so drink this soup and it can help you become healthier . it is also very good to help your lungs and improve your immunity.

Ingredients:
Pitaya
Pear
Tremella
Fungus
Ice sugar,
Green soya beans
Fruit of Chinese wolfberry

Methods :

After the tremella and Auricularia auricula soaked, wash them clean .

Cut the Pitaya into halves , take out the flesh, cut into lump, leave the shell to be used.

原料:
火龙果1个
雪梨1个
银耳
木耳
冰糖,
青豆
枸杞子

做法:
1.雪耳及木耳用清水浸软后滴洗干净。
2.火龙果切开两半,取出果肉,切成块状,留果壳待用。
3.雪梨去皮去核后切成块。
4.将所有原料及冰糖放入电炖炖盅中炖1小时,之后放入青豆和枸杞子。
5.将炖好的甜品放入火龙果壳中。
