Today is the lunar new year, the twenty –third day of the lunar year. We usually call ii “ small year”. After cleaning up for most of the day, I also made seafood mushroom dumplings. According to the Chinese tradition , before spring festival , we usually clean up the house , it means sweeping away the whole year’s bad luck . And then we will eat dumplings to welcome the new year and good luck with the whole year.
Today I also eat Laba garlic which I made on the eighth day of the lunar year. They became crystal and green , very nice. On that day , I put the garlic into a clean bottle, then put the vinegar and some sugar, half a month passed , they became sweet and sour Laba garlic. Eating them with the dumplings , very delicious and nice , I feel very happy .
今天是农历小年了,距离过年也是越来越近了,出去走到街上或者是商场里,已经是满满的年味了。
按照中国北方的习俗,小年这天通常大家会打扫房间,扫掉一年的霉运,然后就是吃自己喜欢的饺子。当然也有不吃饺子的, 吃自己喜欢的饭菜。
今天上午,我把家里彻底的收拾了一下, 尤其是厨房,一切打扫停当之后,已经下午两点多了, 看着收拾之后,整齐干净的厨房,心里特别的舒畅。这让我想起了那篇文章,断舍离。生活中我们该断的还的断, 该丢的还的丢, 不要让那些不必要的东西占用了我们的空间。丢过之后, 断过之后, 会感觉一身轻松。
这样忙活了大半天,心情顿时愉悦,休息了一会儿, 想想晚上包什么馅的饺子。都说那种海鲜菇好吃,我也试试,于是,剩下的时间就包起了海鲜菇饺子。
这是市场上买来的海鲜菇。
真还别说, 这海鲜菇饺子的确是很鲜,非常好吃,嫩嫩的,滑滑的,在配上腊八的时候,做的腊八蒜, 那就一个爽。 腊八蒜,甜酸, 更可贵的是,经过这半个月,蒜已经变成了晶莹剔透的绿色,非常的好吃,也非常的漂亮。
这些蒜,是我在腊八那天,买了一兜,然后扒了一盘蒜,之后放到一个洗好的干净的瓶子里,倒上白醋,我又加了点糖,这样腊八蒜就会变的甜酸。之后就放在离暖气近点的地方, 温度高, 它变色能快。
瞧,到今天小年正好是半个月的时间,已经变的非常漂亮了,而且吃起来,甜酸,蒜的辣气已经很少了。
我切了三瓣蒜, 摆了一圈,越是里面颜色越好看,是不是很神奇?配上今天的海鲜菇饺子, 真是太棒了!生活就是在每天的忙忙碌碌中变的充实, 变的丰富多彩。
