MIND FRAME: Compassion

Can you relate an incident where you received an act of KINDNESS from someone you don't know, from someone you know but are not close to, from someone you dislike?

I think yes...

Those who were victims of natural calamities arouses in us compassion. We helped them without expecting something in return.

Kindness is opposite of selfishness.
The basic reason why everyone is lovable is because God made each and everyone of us.

And because God put some of his love into us, then we can find others lovable because we put some love into them.

If we find someone hard to like, do a good deed for that person.

By doing so, we invest time and effort and maybe pains in him.
That involvement makes it difficult for us to ignore him because we have given him something of ourself.

Only man can be virtuous because man has a spiritual soul with intelligence and will which enable him to know what is good and to want to do good.

To a great extent we get back what we give.
God is always watching us. Those who have warm hearts will be rewarded.

Kindness implies an affection which we bear naturally to those who are our flesh and blood.
Our home is the first place to practice kindness.

We are equally kind and kindness does not pick favorites.
We can be more generous in our kindness if we makes an effort to make life more pleasant for others.

To be kind is to be generous, gentle, and compassionate.
