Genius - How Logic, Lil Uzi Vert, And XXXTENTACION Put Mental Health Center Stage In Hip-Hop

Great little video released by Genius today that delves into a topic of mental health that definitely is not always discussed with much respect in not only the hip-hop world, but the world in general it still  seems.    While the subject of the video does list the newer generations of rappers they do go in with great examples of others being vocal on the subject, such as Kid Cudi, Styles P, Joe Budden, and more.

Curious how the country music world takes on mental health issues?    With recent passings of Chris Cornell and Chester Bennington, you still had the ignorant speak up and out with the accusation that suicide is selfish.  The flipside to this is seeing humans learn and grown from these ignorant ways being outed in public, and hopefully that will be happening within rap as more time passes and people don't fear embarrassment for bringing up touchy subjects.
