Hello friends,

One of the things that is little unfortunate about being located in the center of Europe is not having an ocean. I absolutely love to swim since it gives me such a peace of mind when swimming having my head dipped under the water. Even though we do not have an ocean or sea in the Czech Republic there are cool places to swim beside outdoor swimming pools that really are in almost all of our towns. Personally I do prefer more nature based places to swim and fortunately enough there is one not too far from my house. It takes either a swift 10 minutes bicycle or few minutes car ride. I opted for a car ride yesterday since I was pretty worn out from my 60k mountain bike ride from the day before. It was already late in the afternoon or more like early evening and the sun was already hiding so the water was rather cold. Nevertheless, it did its magic, I got my exercise done and most importantly cleared my head. How about you? What are your activities to keep fit not only physicaly but also mentally?
