Positive thinking
Positive thinking is when you can see one good thing in the big pile of shits. It's when you can find one good human being in the crowd of scum. And when you can find one little grain of good in a destroyed soul. People with positive thoughts see their lives differently. They are happy about people that they meet, about situations that happen and they are fighters when something unexpected happens.

Negative thinking
Negative thinking is when you lie on the floor with head covered with your hands waiting shit to happen. It's when you see a sad end as your only option. And you see only bad things in people so you don't trust anyone. People with negative thoughts are actually scared of life and other people. And that's normal because bad things happen every day and many people can't deal with them.
Realistic thinking
Has anyone noticed that people who consider themselves as realistic are those who laugh at least? That's how it goes when you decide to live your life without any magic in it. But we are only humans with very limited abilities to recognize what is real and what is not. So, in fact, we don't even know what is reality.
Emotional health
You are emotional healthy person if you know what you feel, know what you think and you agree with yourself about it. Everyday stress will try to disrupt your emotional health. Sometimes, it seems that the whole world turned against you. Money problems, work problems, family problems... Who can deal with all that? So, if you are not a positive person, the one who decided to fight and believe in yourself, you will end with serious problems. Unstable persons will be affected with bad life situations and start to feel sadness and anxiety. Bad emotional health can cause different kinds of addiction or even a crime.

Physical health
So you ended with high blood pressure and stomach ulcer. You can't eat, you can't sleep, you have headaches, you are tired and sweating all the time. And you even have sexual problems, maybe? And all that is caused by your bad emotional health. And bad emotional health is often caused by negative thinking.
