In Romans Chapter 6, Paul states that not because grace abounds, that we shall continue in sin. Certainly not! We must put off our old sinful nature, because that should have died when we accepted Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour. We must therefore be slaves of righteousness, not of sin.
Yes, no one is perfect. Everyone still falls short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23), but thanks be to our Lord Jesus Christ who redeemed us from our sins, and through His grace, we can still be connected to God our Father. The grace of God comes to us freely, through the redemption that is in Jesus. Christ bought it and paid dearly for our sins. Like I mentioned earlier, we don't deserve His mercy, grace and favours for we are all sinners. But then, what is our response to God? When we say we love Him, we must walk by faith and obedience to Him - not just by words, but by our actions. To live in righteousness requires us to dwell in His presence always, so that we are guided by the Holy Spirit, and temptations will be easy to overcome.

I hope this message inspires you. We must always remember, not only during the Holy Week or Easter, but every day of our lives, what Jesus did on the cross, the price He paid to redeem us from our sins. On the third day, He resurrected, which proves that He is the Son of God and that He is the Resurrection and the Life.
Jesus is alive forevermore! Hallelujah!
Happy Easter! Χριστὸς ἀνέστη! Christ has risen!
