Below is an epic shot that I just had to run out to grab a folding chair and my paints for. I was visiting a dear friend in Santa Barbara, CA recently and his property is nestled in below the 3,997' La Cumbre Peak in the Santa Ynez mountain range. His home has always been a safe haven for me and I loved the way the majesty of the mountain made me feel small but cared for. I hope to frame this painting and give it to him as a gift.
